Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
Pie crust:
10 inch Graham Ready Crust
Butter - optional
Pie filling:
9 oz can - Crushed Pineapple
1/3 cup - Sugar
1 tbsp - Cornstarch
Custard:
8 oz - Cream Cheese (set to room temperature)
Dash - Salt (optional)
1/2 cup - Sugar
1/2 tsp - Vanilla
1/2 cup - Milk
2 - Large eggs
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Mix and cook pie filling ingredients on medium heat until you get a thick consistency.
Step 3
Blend all custard ingredients together. Melt a tablespoon of butter, then pour at the bottom of pie crust and make sure to spread evenly (optional). Next, pour pie filling in pan. Lastly, pour custard mixture on top.
Step 4
Bake for 30-50 minutes (you can bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce your heat to 325 degrees and bake for the remaining minutes.)
