Old Fashioned Peach Pie

Ingredients
Pie crust:
Pilsbury Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust
Pie filling:
2 14.5oz cans - Sliced Peaches
1 cup- Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
1/4 tsp - Nutmeg
1 tbsp - Vanilla extract
1/2 cup - All-purpose flour
1 tbsp - Unsalted butter
1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
1 Egg, beaten
Note: Taste as you go and feel free to add, lessen, or substitute ingredients according to your preference. Also, feel free to serve with vanilla ice cream.
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Strain Peaches
Step 3
Add one of the pie crusts to a 9-inch pie pan, or round pan and set to the side.
Step 4
Transfer strained peaches to mixing bowl. Next, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, flour, and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Step 5
Add melted butter to mixture and continue to stir.
Step 6
Pour pie filling on top of the pie crust and spread evenly. Next, place second pie crust on top and seal the edges. Cut off the excess crust if needed. Then, cut slits at the top of pie.
Step 7
Brush beaten egg evenly over the top of the pie and bake for 50 minutes.
