Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups - All-purpose flour
2 tsp - Baking powder
1/2 cup- Granulated Sugar
1 tsp - Cinnamon
1/2 - Salt
1 cup - Milk
2 tsp - Vanilla extract
1/2 cup - Unsalted butter
1 Egg
Cinnamon Crumble Topping:
1/2 cup - All-purpose flour
1/2 cup - Brown Sugar
1/2 cup - Granulated sugar
2 tsp - Cinnamon
1/4 cup - Butter (cold)
Icing (optional):
2 cup - Powdered sugar
1/4 cup - Unsalted butter, melted
4 tbsp - Milk or hot water, as needed
1 1/2 tsp - Vanilla extract
Note: Taste as you go and feel free to add, lessen, or substitute ingredients according to your preference.
Directions
Step 1
In medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix together until well combined (use whisk, fork, or electric mixer).
Step 2
In small bowl, add flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Mix until mixture starts to crumble.
Step 3
Pour cake mixture in square pan and spread evenly. Then, sprinkle a thin layer of cinnamon crumble topping. Pour the rest of the cake mixture and top it off with crumble topping.
Step 4
Preheat 350 degrees and bake for 55 minutes.
